We visited the Oakland zoo with some friends from our preschool. I figured I'd have a better chance of distinguishing Naomi from the other kids if she was dressed like an animal;)
...but then we ran into other issues near the zebra enclosure. I could have easily lost her! Don't worry, we steered clear of the lion habitat!

Daddy called from Scotland while we were checking out the alligators.
Naomi tried to tempt the goats with some hay.
Eventually she gave up trying to feed the goats and decided to sample some hay for herself.
The zoo provided these little brushes so the kidoos could style the billy goats.

Gigi was passed out in the bjorn the whole day long! Even so, I'm sure she enjoyed the breeze while riding the train.
Naomi jumped up on this lion fast as lightning. I whipped out the camera with equal speed & dexterity:)
