Were it not for the constant
barrage of "why?" questions, I might not believe that my little Naomi is actually almost 4(!), and more than ready for another fun year of preschool.
She has been over-the-moon excited to start preschool and have a "real" teacher this year (last year we did a fun little co-op with some of our buddies). Sadly, I had to break the news to her that she would not be starting school after all, on account of our impending move overseas. Thank goodness she loves her little friends so much that she didn't bat an eye, just asked if she could go to school with "Zoe & Maia & Jared."
Hallelujah! I'm not certain I could have survived seeing the
disappointment in those enormous chocolate brown eyes!
So here she is, wearing her happy face for what was her first & last day of preschool!
